The Position


Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing the Marketing Manager is a key role on the Commercial Team that develops marketing programs to align with the overall company objective to drive awareness and adoption of our digital therapeutics.

Working as part of a cross functional team, the Marketing Manager's deep customer knowledge will shape our marketing program and allow Orpyx to provide a seamless end-to-end customer experience that meets the needs of patients, healthcare providers, payers/IDN, and ultimately drives the business success of Orpyx and our external partners.


This includes:

  • Create and execute campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads, working effectively with the Sales team
  • Develop customer needs requirements by conducting market research, collecting, and analyzing market data, trends, customer attitudes, and customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape
  • Optimize Net Promotor Score research to identify areas of improvement to maximize patient satisfaction and retention
  • Have a solid understanding of the reimbursement landscape and how it can impact product adoption
  • Provide support to sales and marketing leadership as a key liaison for sales and marketing key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up to date with industry and technological developments to generate and execute new marketing concepts and strategies
  • Analyze sales funnels and customer intent, and identify areas for optimization
  • Report on Marketing KPIs including return on investment (ROI) for online and offline campaigns, leads, conversion rates, A/B testing, clickthrough rates, website traffic, and social media engagement
  • Brainstorm, qualify, and execute fresh advertising and promotion ideas based on research
  • Manage website content and SEO optimizations
  • Develop and execute public relations initiatives
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
  • Manage all conventions including strategy and tactical management
  • Optimize the use of the customer relationship management database (CRM) for marketing campaigns, sales funnel management, reporting, and analytics
  • Be the Commercial team liaison for sales reporting through Power BI or other data visualization tools as required
  • Perform duties in a manner that is consistent with and committed to upholding the requirements of the quality management system

Additionally, due to the ever-changing and sometimes chaotic environment of an early-stage high-tech company, the Marketing Manager may assume additional responsibilities, as required.


Qualifications
years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry; preferably diabetes or digital therapeutics spaces; experience with SaaS models is an asset

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA is an asset
  • Experience with website design, HTML, SEO, SEM, etc.
  • Experience with HubSpot's CRM, Sales Enterprise, and Marketing Enterprise hubs
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of marketingrelated business practices, including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and work effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
