We specialize in providing holistic services for neurodiverse children, youth, and their families.

We have noticed that a number of our clients struggle to access psychoeducational assessment services and would prefer to stay in-house to benefit from continuity of care.

Role DescriptionWe are looking for an independent practitioner specializing in Psychoeducational Assessments. This candidate will be responsible for conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing treatment plans for children, youth, and families. The role also includes collaborating with other professionals and agencies, as well as maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

This practitioner is free to create their own schedule and will benefit from a newly renovated and decorated centre and designated workspace.

This individual will also have the option to defer treatment to one of our psychotherapists in the event that they would like to focus on psychoeducational assessments.

We take a team approach here QualificationsPsychology and Mental Health expertiseExperience in conducting psychological assessmentsKnowledge and understanding of counseling techniquesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and implement treatment plansExperience working with children, youth, and familiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsValid license to practice psychology in OntarioExperience in nature-based therapy is a plusWe honour diverse identities and experiences and can't wait to meet you.
