  • Responsible for the safekeeping of all properties, staff members, vehicles, equipment.
  • Monitor property entrance
  • Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
  • Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras
  • Respond to alarms and react in a timely manner
  • Provide assistance to people in need
  • Submit reports of daily surveillance activity
  • Submit reports of every suspicious action.
  • Responsible for monitoring the general condition of staff including vehicle access control, surveillance systems, fire/emergency exit systems etc. Security function includes patrolling the property and preventing theft or vandalism from occurring. Responsible for detecting criminal behavior and making reports as needed.
  • Knowledge of physical security measures such as door locks/locksets/locksets with keypad on or keypad off or locked by padlock system.
  • Managing crowd and to make sure any event runs smoothly without any disturbance.
  • Patrolling the premises internal and external.
  • Other duties as may assigned by the management,

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have a valid Ontario security license
  • Communicate well with others (have proper command of the English language both verbal and written)
  • Be well groomed and professional in appearance.
  • Availble to work 24/
  • Be mature, responsible, reliable, and punctual
  • Enjoy working with the public
  • Have great customer service skills
  • G Licence with clean record
