About Us:
Established in 1991 as a wholesaler of home furnishings, CorLiving operates as an original equipment manufacturer and sell products to many retailers throughout Canada and the United States.
Key Responsibilities of the Role Include:
- Lead your team by creating a sales focused environment to achieve a unique customer buying experience.
- Excel in all aspects including sales, company standards, policies & procedures.
- Promote a fun, teamoriented work environment that supports employee engagement.
- Oversee product and visual merchandising.
- Meet sales budgets and goals.
- Provide training for sales associates on sales techniques, product knowledge and company procedures.
About You:
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' leadership experience preferred in retail and/or customer service.
- Ability to move and/or lift to 30 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends & holidays.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills.
