Are you an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a boutique Insurance Defence Litigation Firm downtown, is seeking a skilled individual to join their team.

  • Support 2 busy partners in their insurance defense practice
  • Open/close files, maintain calendars, and schedule meetings, Discoveries, EUO's, Mediations, and court dates
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in all materials
  • Communicate with courts, law firms, and clients on client file matters
  • Other duties as required
  • 7+ years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant
  • Postsecondary law clerk/LAA certificate
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to work in the office 2 days per week
