This skilled professional should have a range of home improvement capabilities to contribute to the company's growth. With a base of satisfied customers, including over 50% repeat/referral clients, the business is expanding.

Responsibilities:

The ideal Contractor should have expertise in various home repair, maintenance, and remodeling tasks. Essential qualities include basic construction skills, organization, and effective communication with a positive demeanor. The candidate should be proficient in bidding and executing work. If you possess at least 3 of the listed skill areas, you're the perfect fit:

  • General Carpentry - Rough and Finish
  • Bathroom Upgrades / Remodel
  • Kitchen Refresh / Remodel
  • Interior and Exterior Painting
  • Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
  • Minor Plumbing and Electrical Knowledge
  • Flooring Repair and Installation
  • General Home Repairs and Maintenance

Applicants need to excel in the following aspects:

  • Superb Customer Service and Client Relations
  • Familiarity with Building Codes
  • Effective Material Management

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License and Insurance
  • Own tools, work vehicle, and positive references
  • Experience in remodeling or home repair
  • Independent Contractors must have liability insurance and workers' comp
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Smartphone and internet access

Project Managers or those specialized in New Construction are not required at this time.
