Responsibilities:

  • Hygiene Coordination:
  • Schedule and manage hygiene appointments efficiently.
  • Ensure a seamless flow of patients through the hygiene process.
  • Coordinate with the dental team to optimize patient care.
  • Front Desk Operations:
  • Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage phone calls, appointments, and patient inquiries.
  • Handle administrative tasks to support the front office.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in dental or healthcare administration preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and scheduling systems.

  • Oversee and manage the hygiene department of a dental office
  • Ensure compliance with all dental regulations and guidelines
  • Develop and implement protocols and procedures for the hygiene department
  • Train and supervise dental hygienists and assistants
  • Monitor patient schedules and ensure efficient workflow
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and patient files
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed

Compensation:
The compensation for this position ranges from $27 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
