Job Title: Hygiene Coordinator / Part-Time Front Desk

Location: Rockland, Ontario

- Hygiene Coordination:

- Schedule and manage hygiene appointments efficiently.
- Ensure a seamless flow of patients through the hygiene process.
- Coordinate with the dental team to optimize patient care.
- Front Desk Operations:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage phone calls, appointments, and patient inquiries.
- Handle administrative tasks to support the front office.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in dental or healthcare administration preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office software and scheduling systems.

- Oversee and manage the hygiene department of a dental office
- Ensure compliance with all dental regulations and guidelines
- Develop and implement protocols and procedures for the hygiene department
- Train and supervise dental hygienists and assistants
- Monitor patient schedules and ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and patient files
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
- Assist with front desk duties as needed

Compensation:
The compensation for this position ranges from $27 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
