What you'll do The Department of Women's and Gender Studies seeks to fill Non-Regular Faculty (sessional) positions for Fall 2024. The successful candidate(s) will be able to teach the following courses:

WGST 100-01: Introduction to Women's Studies (in-person, Wednesdays from 11:30-14:30)
WGST 100-02: Introduction to Women's Studies (in-person, Wednesdays from 14:30-17:30)
WGST 111-01: Introduction to Gender Studies (in-person, Tuesdays from 8:30-11:30)

There may be the opportunity to teach additional courses in future semesters.

Scholars in all fields of Women's and Gender Studies will be meaningfully considered. We actively encourage applications from individuals who identify as racialized, Indigenous, Black, and/or persons of colour. What you'll bring A Ph.D. in Women's and Gender Studies (or a closely related discipline) is preferred. A Master's degree in Women's and Gender Studies (or a closely related discipline) with a background in post-secondary teaching is the minimum requirement.
