Seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a National Project Coordinator and Estimator. You will be responsible for reviewing projects for our technical team by calculating the costs of labor and equipment of a project before the work commences. Support will also be required for our contract administration department, assisting in pricing reviews, reporting, as well as the tendering process.
  • Ensures proper estimation, procurement, and billing of medical gas systems projects nationally.
  • Coordinates delivery of equipment according to the project schedule.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for medical gas systems suppliers and customer project managers.
  • Coordinates the compilation of tender specification documents.
  • Manages and coordinates RFP search and submission.
  • Ensures proper filing and maintaining of contracts and associated documents in contract databases.
  • Reviews conformity to contract or agreement requirements and determines acceptable compliance.
  • Ensures processing and distribution of documents such as contracts, contract related documents and letters, tender documents to customers and suppliers internally and externally.
  • Compile monthly price expiry report to review contract renewals and implement annual increases. Prepare summary for GPO contracts and contracts set to expire for sales management review and guidance on how to proceed. Manage communications with customers on any amendments . Update the pricing within the ERP to the terms of the contract renewal and/or changes provided/approved by sales management.
  • Reviews and maintains pricing for all products supplied to medical customers

  • College Certificate or Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in office administration/ supply chain/ customer service
  • Knowledge of Google Applications and MS Office is essential.
  • Bilingual - English & French
  • Project administration background is an asset
  • Mechanical/Technical background is an asset
  • Estimation/construction experience is an asset
