Position Overview:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls receive, direct and relay telephone/fax messages


 Work order management
  • Work order entry as it arrives from customer work order management systems
  • Ensure the work orders are entered into the LFX log systems accordingly
  • Work with territory managers and subcontractors obtaining approvals and ensuring information is updated
  • Data entry typing and general office duties as directed
  • Miscellaneous duties as presented by Operations Managers
  • Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing client and subcontractor information
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Work and understand software used by clients

Qualifications:

  • An energetic and forwardthinking individual with high ethical standards
  • A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement and strong operational focus
  • A high level communication skill over the telephone
  • A wellorganized and selfdirected individual who is "politically savvy" and is a team player
  • An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
  • A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation and detailoriented perspective
  • Diverse experiences in managing a range of administrative areas of responsibility
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
*Due to the seasonal nature of our business you may be required to work irregular hours in order to deliver the business objectives
