Schedule:
- Saturday through Monday from 2pm to 10pm

Job Summary:
The Assistant Clinical Program Manager plays a key role in overseeing direct care staff, supporting the day-to-day operations of an Intensive Behavioral Group Living Environment (IBGLE). This position contributes to creating an environment where individuals can form trusting relationships and work towards greater independence.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- As assigned by the IBGLE Clinical Program Manager (CPM)

Essential Functions:
- Supervise direct care staff during scheduled evening and morning shifts
- Provide interventions and skills training for individuals in various areas including symptom management, coping skills, substance abuse, and more
- Manage the Medication Administration Program ensuring proper procedures are followed
- Oversee scheduling, evaluation, and disciplinary processes in the absence of the CPM
- Maintain program documentation and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Provide crisis intervention and prevention when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience with individuals diagnosed with severe mental health issues
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications
- MAP, CPR, and First Aid certifications required within 3 months of hire
- Ability to assist individuals with mobility impairments and willingness to use personal cellphone for work purposes
- Valid driver's license; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
