Key Responsibilities:

Technical Troubleshooting & Repair:

  • Diagnose and repair various technical issues in our products, using your knowledge and expertise.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify problems, provide accurate diagnoses, and implement effective solutions.

Preventative Maintenance:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent potential malfunctions and maintain product longevity.
  • Create maintenance schedules and checklists, ensuring compliance with established standards and guidelines.

Customer Service & Communication:

  • Interact with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of repairs or maintenance procedures.
  • Offer recommendations for improving product performance and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on service activities, highlighting findings, solutions, and recommendations.

Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for both yourself, customers, and your team.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Desired Qualifications & Traits:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant education would be considered an asset.
  • Mechanical inclination and problemsolving skills.
  • Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and technical components related to the industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
