What you'll do:


You will be responsible for improving and maintaining operations which includes the review and analysis of current processes, business needs/requirements, and system capabilities, and providing recommended solutions.

You will be a liaison between HR Business Partners, Communities of Expertise, and local Co-ops.

You will also be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of short and long-term workforce systems solutions related to strategies, policies, and procedures.

You will collaborate with the FCL Innovations team to share Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) Sustainment responsibilities including systems support and maintenance of the reporting catalog for CRS.

You will work with ServiceNow support teams to resolve ServiceNow issues as required.

  • You will work with others to resolve Oracle systems issues and performs functional configuration. You will develop processes that will provide the technical support, expertise, and innovative solutions and customer support in a timely, reliable, and professional manner.
  • You will act as a liaison for technology initiatives that impact People & Culture processes.
  • You will support in the design and development of short and longterm HR Systems related strategies, policies, and procedures (e.g., policies related to Software access, security, employee record management etc.).
  • You will communicate with People & Culture business unit leadership and team members about upcoming changes, project scope, schedule, issues, and recommendations and facilitates the delivery of decisions to evolve and move the business forward.

The People and Culture's HR Systems team is a small but mighty team As we continue to enhance and expand our HRIS systems across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS), we are also growing our team.

We are looking for a team member who is innovative, solution orientated, up for taking on new challenges and who is driven to ensure a positive experience for all of our system users.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, with a major and in Human Resources or Business Technology Management, Business Analytics, or Information Systems.
  • You have a minimum of 36 years of relevant progressively responsible experience working with Information Technology Business and HRIS Applications. Your experience includes 1+ years of experience in data integration and analysis and a proficient knowledge in business process development/implementation and quality assurance processes (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
  • You ideally have an International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification or equivalent training and experience as these are considered assets
  • You're honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
