About the Position:

As the Program Coordinator at STACKTx, you'll be working closely with the Program Supervisor to shape and drive our program's initiatives both in the physical and digital realms.

Your main gig? Curating an ecosystem that helps our partners and small businesses shine by providing essential resources and fostering impactful collaborations.

Here's a rundown of what you'll be tackling:

  • Develop and manage the STACKTx program, organizing various activations and programming across physical and digital platforms.
  • Execute the STACKTx Storefront Grant program, offering winning small businesses a storefront lease in multiple locations.
  • Handle financial and administrative processes, from budgeting to invoicing.
  • Coordinate and execute activation events and liaise with clients.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless execution of activities.

Education + Experience:

1-3 years of event or brand activation experience in a professional setting.

Hands-on experience with contractual agreements and financial management.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.

High school diploma, college/university education preferred.

Nice to haves:
  • Knowledge of digital platforms like Slack, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience in website management using WordPress, MailChimp, Google Analytics.
