Clinical Team Assistant

8 Week Canada Summer Jobs Program Position

35 Hours/Week

Job Scope:


The Clinical Assistant works in close partnership with members of our team to enhance programming and services delivered to children, youth, and families.


Job Duties:

  • Helping with preparation and planning for sessions
  • Developing and updating resources
  • Assisting with workshops, groups, and other forms of youth and family engagement
  • Administering client satisfaction phone calls

Qualifications:

Additional qualifications would include:

  • Knowledge of mental health
  • Belief in the potential of youth
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

To be eligible, students must meet ALL criteria:

  • be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment.
- be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the _Immigration and Refugee Protection Act_2; and,
- be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.

Wage:
$15.50 per hour

Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
