Sous la supervision du Directeur Marketing, l'assistant chef marketing supporte le développement stratégique de la catégorie Fromage & Beurre. L'assistant chef marketing est responsable de la gestion de projets (performance, innovations, rénovations, extensions, discontinuations) en plus de supporter l'équipe pour certains mandats particuliers. Les projets et produits peuvent être destinés au secteur industriel (marché de la sur-transformation), du service alimentaire ou au détail. Ce rôle collabore étroitement avec l'ensemble des fonctions de l'organisation ainsi que les équipes externes (agences, imprimeurs).

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Agit à titre de gestionnaire de projets au sein de l'équipe multidisciplinaire attribuée aux différents mandats lui étant attitrés. Soutient l'évolution des projets à l'intérieur du processus PRIME et autres comités connexes;
- Gère le cycle de vie des produits sous sa responsabilité (lancements et discontinuations);
- Établie les stratégies et exécute les lancements de produits, extensions de gamme, discontinuation avec les différents intervenants (ex. force de vente, production, etc.);
- Analyse la performance de certaines gammes de produits; revue du marché, tendances, positionnement. Identifie des opportunités / risques et recommande des plans d'action;
- Collabore avec les intervenants internes (ex: ventes, opérations, production, I&PD), ainsi qu'avec les intervenants externes (ex : fournisseurs);
- Gère le budget marketing de la catégorie (traitement des bons de commandes, paiement des factures, conciliation sur une base mensuelle);
- Coordonne la mise à jour des différents outils reliés à la gestion du portfolio (GS1, catalogue de produits, certifications)
- Supporte l'équipe dans la gestion de certains mandats.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Baccalauréat en administration (marketing) ou dans une discipline connexe;
- 2 à 3 années d'expérience en marketing, gestion de projets et/ou commercialisation de produits de consommation;
- Détenir une connaissance de l'industrie des produits laitiers/alimentation est un atout;
- Bilinguisme oral et écrit (Anglais et Français) - Communications fréquentes avec des partenaires, clients et/ou employés à l'extérieur du Québec.
