What you'll do:

Reporting to the Agro Manager, the Livestock Specialist is responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service;
  • Achieving and maintaining sales, margins and inventory targets for existing members, and expand sales to new customers;
  • Maintaining Boundary Co-op's on-farm customer contact plan;
  • Ordering and receiving of feed, animal health products, and livestock handling equipment;
  • Adhering to Boundary Co-op?s and FCL's merchandising and safety standards and practices.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in the Ag Industry and:

  • You hold an Ag Business Diploma or possess equivalent work experience;
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment;
  • You are experienced in developing relationships with external and internal customers and stakeholders;
  • You are highly-motivated with exceptional customer service skills;
  • You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A Class 3 driver's licence would be an asset;

The successful candidate will work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
