Profile

Your Role

As a finance business partner, you support leaders in creating value, assist in the company's strategic plan, and drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist business unit leaders in building business plans and achieving goals.
• Influence strategic decisions with precise budgeting and financial modeling.
• Inform decision-making using real-time data and provide user-friendly business information for analysis.
• Support decision-makers, influence business model transformation, and lead retail growth.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Leadership skills.
• Data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills.
• Bilingualism in French and English.
• Valid work permit.
