What you'll do
Position Title:
SAP iXp Intern - BTP Customer Success Enablement Support
Location:
Toronto
Expected start date to end date: May December 2024
- Utilize the latest innovative learning technologies
- Assist in planning inperson & virtual learning events around the globe, as required
- Host & plan logistics for global webinars
- Research and recommend innovative tools and technologies to deliver cutting edge design solutions with a focus on business impact metrics
- Contribute to building engaging, award
- Drive best in class content for a variety of media (ie. Podcasts)
- Maintain our BTP Solution Knowledge Centre Sharepoint Pages
- Develop, new & exciting digital content formats, assessments & surveys
- Develop audience appropriate, cutting edge instructional design technologies including gaming, mobile solutions, social, micro learning and formal/informal learning
- Continually evaluate the effectiveness of learning asset published by developing and implementing post instruction evaluation criteria and tools

- Comfortable with data gathering and analysis
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Media Design Experience a plus
