Your Qualifications

  • Reliable

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Excellent communication skills are required
  • Medical/surgical product knowledge would be an asset
  • Purchasing experience would be an asset


We are growing rapidly and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Purchasing Representative.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet all walkin clients in a friendly professional manner and assist them in finding the proper products that fit their needs or direct them to the appropriate department if they are looking for Accessibility or Service
  • Organize showroom and maintain cleanliness
  • Update pricing on equipment in the showroom
  • Maintaining inventory levels and ordering inventory as required.
  • Collect current and accurate information for all orders and update in computer system including editing notes for future reference
  • Converse by phone with therapists, authorizers and clients by following up and tracking products
  • Provide paperwork with accurate contact information to Shipping to arrange for pick up and/or delivery of the equipment
  • Follow department Quality Control procedures on all equipment coming into the building and going out to clients including rentals
  • Collect payment for deposits and invoices before equipment is provided to client
  • Provide support to Outside sales reps when required
  • Convert work orders to invoices and complete weekly reports to close any outstanding work orders
  • Ensure all orders are filled accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve client complaints and rebuild relationships to maintain long term clientele prior to escalating to a manager
  • Display respectful behavior at all times to employees, clients, managers and stakeholders
