A Day In The Life

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Data analysis and coordination
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Team to move firmwide projects forward
  • Develop project plans and provide project coordination on firm wide strategic projects and ensure these initiatives are executed on time
  • Provide research and analysis support to the CMO
  • Work on large scale special projects for the CMO and other members of the Senior Team that are multiphased Firmwide projects

Must Haves

  • Be a strategic thinker
  • Highly developed business acumen
  • Exceptional project management and organization skills
  • Confidence and a high degree of comfort in driving strategic agenda and dealing with lawyers and executives
  • Ability to handle high degree of competing priorities
  • Strong verbal communication skills, diplomacy and tact
  • Excellent command of written English including proofreading
  • High degree of confidentiality
  • An acute focus on detail and accuracy
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Effective team player
  • College diploma in businessrelated field, specializing in Project Management, Marketing or Business Development
  • 5+ years' related work experience preferably in a professional services environment
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable
