On behalf of our client, we are seeking a talented Senior Business Systems Analyst, who will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business users and technology teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your 5+ years of experience to provide expert guidance in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Engage in Program Increment (PI) planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Prioritize features and user stories, making datadriven decisions to drive project success.
  • Champion SAFe practices within the organization, coaching and guiding teams to achieve optimal results.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring effective communication and mutual understanding.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops to elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in SAFe and ERP Peoplesoft.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a
    Business Systems Analyst, with a strong background in the
    Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Proven experience working with
    ERP Peoplesoft
:

  • Relevant certification in
    SAFe is highly desirable.
  • A track record of successful projects in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to take ownership of projects.
