Licensed Electrician / Electrical ApprenticeJob Description

We're seeking motivated Licensed Electricians and Electrical Apprentices to work on a new construction project at the University. This commercial project will house businesses upon completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Metal Conduit Bending: You'll bend metal conduit to allow wires to run throughout the entire commercial project/community.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a large team to ensure project success.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, including OCOT registration and safety training.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • OCOT Registration: Ontario College of Trades registration in good standing.
  • Safety Training Level 1:
    • Working at Heights
    • WHMIS 2015
    • Health & Safety Awareness (4 steps)
  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trades Certificate: Preferred but not mandatory.

Work Environment
  • New Build ICI Project: Be part of a dynamic team working on a new construction project.
  • Team Size: Collaborate with a team of 40 workers on site.
  • Fast-Paced: Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities for overtime.
  • Shift Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (day shift), off on Fridays.
Pay Rate
  • Minimum: $28.00 per hour
  • Maximum: $40.00 per hour
