Join our Collaborative Team

We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our expanding team and assist in fulfilling our customer commitment. Reporting to the Senior Director of People & Culture, your main responsibilities will involve supporting our talent acquisition activities through candidate sourcing, pipeline management, and candidate screening, as well as aiding in all phases of the recruitment process. By supporting People & Culture operations and payroll management, you will play a key role in the overall function of the P&C team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious and aims to advance in the fields of recruitment and HR.

Your Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing (70%)

  • Identifying and engaging with potential candidates for open positions.
  • Evaluating resumes and profiles to identify suitable matches for job roles.
  • Assessing candidates' qualifications and alignment with company values.
  • Assisting in interview preparation, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of job postings and recruitment materials.

People & Culture Administration (30%)

  • Communicating updates on team changes, such as new hires and promotions.
  • Managing employee recognition programs and milestones.
  • Keeping accurate records of training and development activities for all staff.
  • Generating regular and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Handling bi-weekly payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of HR experience, with a preference for recruitment and sourcing exposure.
  • Exceptional focus on detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong capability in talent assessment.
  • Results-driven with a keen sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding time management abilities.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in software applications like Word, Excel, and HR systems.
  • Education in Business, Administration, or Human Resources is an asset.
