What you do:
Osmow's is looking to hire a District Manager for the Central & Eastern Region. The District Manager oversees approximately a geographic region of restaurants and ensures each location is following our "BRAND" standards.

In this role you will be expected to:

  • Conduct regular Restaurant Audits, measuring Operating Standards, Food Safety, Guest Experience & Franchise Partner Success
  • Optimize Osmow's business practices to improve profitability, Restaurant growth, Franchise Partner engagement & financial performance
  • Ensure you maintain current training requirements & deliver training as need to Franchise Partners & Restaurant Teams
  • Work cooperatively with all District Managers & Osmow's Support Team to implement Osmow's Brand objectives, develop business practices & provide actionable feedback

Who you are:

  • 2+ years' experience in the Restaurant Industry or District Management role
  • Ability to work a fulltime schedule (including evenings and weekends if necessary)
  • Strong communication skills
  • You will need your own car to travel and a valid driver's license
  • Experience in food safety

Schedule:
