Job Description

Join our team as an Operations Analyst to help deliver a Low-Income energy program in Ontario. We are a tight-knit team who are multi-talented, hard workers, and passionate about reducing energy consumption.


As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the reporting of one of our programs along with providing support to staff and managers within other teams working on the same program.

This Co-op will run from January 2024 to April 2024.


What we need help to- Manage program-related data and conduct complex analyses based on program needs- Produce complex reports while ensuring compliance with the terms of our contract, relevance of content, and professional presentation.

- Set up dashboards and KPI trackers- Create dashboards using PowerBI- Located in Ontario- 2-4 years in an operations-based role- Active enrolment in Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred- Strong oral and written communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, and experience with Power Query and Power BI is an asset- Data-driven, highly detailed-oriented, systems thinker- Ability to work well with all levels of management and colleagues- Organized, self-starter who thrives in a team environment- Friendly, people person who is passionate about the environment
