Must be in the Greater Toronto Area to be considered. This is a hybrid role, occasional in-person office attendance (approx. two days per month) will be required.

To join our team as a Building Science Analyst/Operations Analyst Co-op.

As an Operations Analyst Co-Op you ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines.

As a Building Science Analyst Co-op, you determine and communicate customer eligibility for energy conservation measures provided under the IESO's Energy Affordability Program and Enbridge's Home Winterproofing Program.

Responsibilities include; audit submission review, applicant eligibility determination, customer-facing communication, data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement.

This Co-Op will run May 1, 2023 to August 31, 2023.

What we need help with
- _ Prepare information requests for customers/assessors to address submission deficiencies._
- _ Maintain customer satisfaction and develop customer relationships including undertaking business development activities._
- _ Identifying process optimization and improvements_
- _ Supporting and creating presentation decks_
- _ Prepare and maintains a variety of reports to manage and monitor project activity._

  • Active enrollment of postsecondary education either Environment and Business or Engineering degree.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in an engineering services company is an asset.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (emphasis on Excel).
  • Experience with Power Query and PBI is an asset.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management, colleagues and external contacts.
