Le groupe Finances gère le rendement et le profil de risque de Bell en recherchant l'équilibre entre les besoins des clients, des investisseurs et des employés et les facteurs de succès à long terme de l'entreprise. Nous collaborons étroitement avec les intervenants internes et externes afin de mettre au point et d'exécuter des plans qui soutiennent les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise et assurent sa viabilité financière.

**Résumé**:
Relevant de la personne au poste de gestionnaire, finances et administration (niveau supérieur), la personne retenue fournira un soutien continu à la planification financière, notamment dans la coordination des prévisions et de la production de rapports avec l'équipe Finances de Bell Marchés Affaires, ainsi que pour l'ensemble des processus financiers et l'intégrité financière.

**Principales responsabilités**:
**Contrôle financier et budgétisation**
- Travailler avec la personne gestionnaire (niveau supérieur) à la préparation de l'ensemble des rapports mensuels de l'entreprise. Cela comprend la préparation en temps opportun d'analyses consolidées, éloquentes et concises, qui incluent la comparaison des résultats les plus récents aux prévisions, au budget et à l'année précédents.
- Gérer (créer, modifier et distribuer) les modèles de rapport de fin de mois pour les responsables des finances des unités d'affaires.
- Préparer divers mesures et rapports financiers mensuels de grande qualité qui seront distribués à l'équipe de haute direction d'Epic.
- Créer divers rapports financiers pour soutenir les analyses financières.
- Cerner de nouveaux processus et aider à les mettre en œuvre pour simplifier les processus de production de rapports de fin de mois et les rendre efficaces.
- Participer de façon ponctuelle à des projets spéciaux.

**Comptabilité et administration**
- Préparer toutes les clôtures de fin de mois, l'analyse du grand livre, les dépenses en immobilisations et la gestion des actifs immobilisés.
- Tenir à jour les systèmes de comptabilité internes, y compris les conciliations des comptes du grand livre auxiliaire.
- Gérer les processus et fonctions relatifs au cycle complet des comptes créditeurs et des comptes débiteurs.
- Gérer les processus de paie et de commission.
- Préparer le barème d'imposition de l'entreprise et les documents de travail afin de faciliter la réalisation des déclarations annuelles de revenus.
- S'assurer que les déclarations de taxe de vente sont exactes et que les paiements de taxes sont effectués en temps opportun.

**Qualifications essentielles**:

- Titre professionnel en comptabilité (p. ex. CPA, CA, CMA, CGA)
- Deux à trois années d'expérience pertinente
- Capacité reconnue de prendre des initiatives et d'assumer la responsabilité des problèmes jusqu'à leur résolution.
- Aptitudes exceptionnelles pour la communication (à l'oral et à l'écrit)
- Capacité de communiquer et de présenter de l'information de façon claire et concise à un auditoire pertinent
- Excellente capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Souci constant du détail et de l'exactitude, essentiel à la réussite en matière de rendement
- Capacité d'établir des partenariats avec divers groupes multidisciplinaires et niveaux de direction
- Capacité de travailler sous pression, de respecter des échéances serrées, de gérer des priorités conflictuelles et de travailler simultanément à différents livrables
- Habileté reconnue à créer des rapports de grande qualité destinés à la direction
- Maîtrise exceptionnelle d'Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules intégrant des fonctions logiques, recherches, etc.)
- Capacité de produire des résultats tout en favorisant un milieu de travail positif et axé sur la collaboration
