SALESFORCE SENIOR FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECT

Work Location:

Montreal, Quebec, CanadaThe Senior Functional Architect is responsible for business process consulting and delivering quality service and solutions to clients by understanding client needs and implementing a solution that provides successful results and outcomes for the client.

This position acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff to ensure the solution meets the client's business needs and completed to Magnet360 and Mindtree's highest standards.

Successful Salesforce Senior Functional Architects not only have a depth and breadth of understanding Salesforce technology but are also able to maximize technology's benefit by applying business value in context and communicating solutions and options to various levels within our clients' organizations.

Individuals who are innovative, creative, curious, detailed, and solution driven are best fits for this role.
Collaborate with team to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories.
Assist planning and coordination to keep the project on track.

Develop proposed solutions to clients and prospects by articulating approach and strategy as it directly relates to meeting project and business objectives.

Drive soft-sales (up-selling opportunities) or articulate these opportunities to the appropriate channels.

Exceed expectations of the customer by providing a high-quality solutions and service, in order to create a mutually beneficial outcome.

Understand the intended audiences for the solution, purpose of engaging these audiences, and validate against objectives and success metrics.

Communicate project status updates and elevate project concerns to Project ManagerProvide future-looking solutions and recommendations based on forthcoming Salesforce releases.

Identify and communicate internal and project process improvement opportunities.

Participate in and lead client facing Sprint demo(s).Keep current on new technologies as they relate to Salesforce and general application development.

Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently deliver high-quality services.
Participate in project closure and "lessons learned" debrief process.
Help to ensure project(s) achieve their intended results. Bring forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results.
Improvement to and maintenance of project processes and templates.
Desired Candidate ProfileAbility to think on your feet and learn new things quickly.6+ years consulting/professional services experience.
Consulting experience with emphasis on business processes, organizational change management, training and user adoption preferred.

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual) with the ability to interface with clients and internal team members at all levels (executive to staff).Expertise executing and leading a development project.

Ability to gather and prioritize requirements and adapt to shifting priorities. Ability to lead client facing meetings including working sessions, demos, and requirements gathering.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially prioritization and management of flexible scope Experience collaborating with offshore resources preferred.
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skillsPossess extensive experience and judgment in planning for and accomplishing goals.
Mentor other members of the project team.
Ability to travel up to 80% preferred. Technical Expertise4+ years Salesforce, cross-cloud platform configuration or development experience or equivalent CRM experience.
Preferable Technical ExperienceN/AEducational QualificationsCollege degree or equivalent is preferred.
