The Senior Financial Accountant is responsible for verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling Deferred Revenue and Expense, Payroll and Commission accounts, producing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results, and analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts. Assisting with annual audit preparations. Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance. Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field CPA qualification would be preferential. 5 to 7 years of related experience. Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis. Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, and business environments Organized Excellent reporting skills Detail oriented and efficient Ability to manage tight deadlines Problem solving and decision making Ability to work efficiently in a broad cultural spectrum Analytical skills The ability to objectively interpret and translate complex information Comfortable with computer systems Stakeholder engagement
