ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
This role reports to Andhra Goundrey, Dean, Wilson School of Design.

SUMMARY
Work integrated learning is integral to learning at the Wilson School of Design across all our programs.

In this role, the development of a strategy for the outreach procedures will be undertaken to create cohesiveness to serve our students' learning opportunities and streamline our engagement with industry.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop an actionbased plan to align activities across the WSD for Work integrated learning
  • Identify and recommend tools and procedures for outreach to relevant industry partners and networks
  • Liaise with the Applied Design Research Partnership Strategist and Applied Design Research Service Strategist to develop cohesive systems and strategies
  • Review and make recommendations for workintegrated learning procedures across the WSD
  • Develop tracking mechanisms that integrate with existing structures for data collection for all work integrated learning partnerships at the WSD

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Design related disciplines or academic credentials and experience appropriate to areas of responsibility
  • Minimum 5 years of postsecondary teaching experience and/or relevant industry experience
