We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to help us bring these experiences to life.

Job Summary:
As an Events Coordinator at Mt.

Washington, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, including summer weddings, banquets, and retreats.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that each event runs smoothly and exceeds our clients' expectations.

This role requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
  • Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists.
  • Coordinate with vendors, including catering, decorators, and entertainment providers.
  • Manage event logistics, such as transportation, accommodations, and equipment rentals.

On-Site Event Management:

  • Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Ensure all event details are executed as planned, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors on the day of the event.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism throughout the event.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of event details, contracts, and financial transactions.
  • Assist in creating and managing event budgets.
  • Prepare and distribute eventrelated communications and marketing materials.
  • Conduct postevent evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality service.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
