No insurance experience is necessary for this role. We provide and pay for all training to become a licensed insurance broker in any of our Eastern Region branches. Once you're done training, you'll be on your way to helping people protect what's most important to them.

We are looking for a Entry Level Personal Insurance Advisor to join Brokerlink in one of our branches in our Eastern Ontario region on a Permanent (FT) Basis.

What the Role Entails

  • Helping customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and offering advice that helps them make informed decisions.
  • Creating a trusting environment that fosters sales and customer retention.
  • Testing new sales strategies, techniques and processes while providing feedback.
  • Actively engaging in training and professional development.

The Successful candidate will have:

  • Post Secondary Education (required)
  • Relevant sales and customer service experience
  • Strong customer focus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
