The OOH Strategy Director is a key member of the centralized Publicis Media OOH team who will play a crucial role in growing clients' business and achieving performance goals through the strategic use of OOH & DOOH.

A commercially minded leader, the Director will work cross-functionally with Publicis Media agency brands - Spark, Zenith, Starcom and Apex in the planning and delivery of integrated OOH & DOOH campaigns.

They will cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners alike to deliver enhanced OOH solutions for the client briefs and campaign KPI's.

From a product and solutions delivery perspective, the Director will provide expertise and input and development of both vendor-supported products and tools, and proprietary Publicis Media OOH solutions.

They will develop POVs, presentations, white papers, and issue quarterly OOH media updates to drive awareness of Publicis Media OOH capabilities and expertise.

Collaborating with internal agencies, partners, and vendors, they provide strategic input in media pitches and provide recommendations to clients for large scale projects and activations, ensuring plans and buys exceed client expectations, delivering Out-of-Home Excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with brand agencies in the support, development, and growth of the OOH and DOOH business.
  • Provide strategic support to agency planning teams with development and execution of integrated OOH media planning.
  • Support and provide strategic input into client annual plans and receiving high engagement levels through requests and RFPs.
  • Develop POVs and provide recommendations to agency brand and clients in all related OOH activations and positioning amongst the industry.
  • Work crossfunctionally with Apex and PMX OOH activation teams, ensuring all campaigns are effectively delivered and achieves all KPI's.
  • Ensure client objectives and timelines are met by activation teams.
  • Partnering with key members of the OOH team, manage relationship with partners and vendors in the design and use of customized OOH/DOOH solutions.
  • Leads development of sales positioning and corresponding materials to drive awareness, and activations.
  • Explore and present thought Leadership opportunities and actively participate in key industry events.
  • Anticipate client needs by identifying areas of growth in products / services / capabilities.
  • Builds and holds excellent rapport and relationships with Media Owners.
  • Demonstrating knowledgeable opinion on vendor news and activity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5years OOH planning leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of the OOH & DOOH media landscape.
  • Strong relationship skills with the ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally.
  • Showcases best practice planning to the team and monitors quality of output.
  • Experienced in resolving challenging client issues and team issues.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong sales acumen and analytical ability.
  • Problem solver and good under pressure.
