**Votre mission**
- Ce rôle est un remplacement du congé parental. La durée totale du contrat sera d'environ 15 mois.
- Le partenaire d'affaires RH de Beenox contribue de manière significative aux objectifs du studio en offrant des solutions tactiques et stratégiques en matière de gestion des talents, d'efficacité du personnel ainsi que de renforcement des capacités organisationnelles du studio.
- Le PARH soutient la croissance de l'entreprise, la croissance des revenus et la créativité en encourageant de meilleures équipes de développement qui génèrent de la valeur pour Beenox et Activision.
- Les responsabilités supplémentaires comprennent la conception organisationnelle, les initiatives d'avancement professionnel, le mentorat et la formation.
- Ce poste exige un partenaire d'affaires RH expérimenté, influent, axé sur les résultats avec un esprit analytique et collaboratif qui peut travailler efficacement dans un environnement en constante évolution.

**Principales responsabilités**- Accompagner quotidiennement les managers sur diverses actions pour leur permettre de se développer et de donner le meilleur d'eux-mêmes.-
- Maintient une participation active avec l'équipe RH d'Activision et avec le directeur des ressources humaines pour le Canada.-
- Soutient la mise en œuvre d'initiatives mondiales et régionales tout en tenant compte de la culture locale et des particularités du studio.-
- Maintenir un plan de relève fondé sur une planification annuelle et à long terme, traduisant les besoins opérationnels en initiatives en matière de ressources humaines.-
- Soutient la croissance du studio et mène diverses actions de gestion du changement en veillant à ce que les changements soient bien planifiés et mis en œuvre de manière réfléchie.-
- Encadre et influence les gestionnaires pour assurer les meilleurs résultats en termes d'emploi et d'expérience employé.-
- Point de contact pour les employés et les gestionnaires pour les questions de ressources humaines et pour l'encadrement et le mentorat sur les enjeux et les possibilités.-
- Soutenir le cycle annuel des RH pour faciliter la création de valeur, y compris la planification de la main-d'œuvre et des talents, la gestion du rendement et la rémunération globale.-
- Produire des analyses basées sur les besoins et présenter des solutions ciblées à l'exécutif local et à la société mère.-
- Travaille avec l'équipe des avantages sociaux pour définir l'offre pour le Québec et assurer le suivi des enjeux ou des situations utilisés.-
- Soutenir et aider à améliorer les programmes de reconnaissance, ainsi que les programmes de santé physique et mentale.-
- Participe à l'identification des besoins de formation, propose une stratégie de formation en fonction des besoins.-
- Collabore avec le département de la mobilité sur le processus d'immigration et de réinstallation des nouveaux employés.-
- Maintient la conformité aux normes du travail et autres lois locales et la bonne gestion des dossiers des employés.-
- Identifie les leviers et élabore des stratégies qui améliorent concrètement les statistiques et la rétention des employés.-
- Établir et maintenir des réseaux et des relations solides (informels ou formels) avec les groupes de ressources des employés, les partenaires externes et les communautés clés de l'industrie.**Profil du joueur**- Capacité démontrée dans tous les aspects des ressources humaines avec une expérience préalable des RH dans les secteurs de la technologie et du divertissement.-
