NOTE:

You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description As a Lead Gen/Bid Manager, you will seek out new opportunities and be the quarterback of our bid process.

You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing winning proposals, and managing all aspects of the bid lifecycle to secure new contracts and fuel our continued growth.

Work with sales team to understand what type of opportunities they are targeting.

  • Use Google Maps/Google/AI/ZoomInfo to help uncover where these types of customers can be found.
  • Enter these contacts into Salesforce as a lead for the sales team to reach out to.
  • The sales team will take over the sales process from here.
Manage the bid calendar and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, etc.) to gather necessary information and develop high-quality proposals.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in a sales or lead generation role
  • Experience with using ZoomInfo and Salesforce
  • A proven track record of winning bids and securing new contracts
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
