Schedule:
Saturdays and Sundays, 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance to the client, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as required.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks based on the client's dietary requirements.
  • Engage the client in meaningful activities and companionship to promote social interaction and emotional wellbeing.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up the client's living space.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in the client's condition.

Qualifications:

  • Personal Support Worker certification from a recognized institution.
  • Fluency in both English and Filipino languages.
  • Previous experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others.
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

  • The position requires working on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • The work environment includes assisting the client in their residence and accompanying them on outings.
  • Physical demands include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
