Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC) is the leading independent clearing broker and custodian in the Canadian market.

We provide trade execution, clearing, custody and back-office support services to Canadian-based brokerage firms and the Canadian brokerage arms of firms.

The Opportunity

What You Will Do- Setting up the IB on Dataphile and corresponding components (test environments & production)- Setting up books & records configuration- Understanding IB level and firm level configuration- uniFide platform firm configuration Working with client support on user set ups- Working with the appropriate internal teams to setting up client reporting components (statements, confirms, proxies, logos)- Setting up overnight reporting that is required by the client- Setting up standard suite of accounts type used for all clients as well as account types that cannot be loaded in an automated manner- Coordinating downstream testing with the client- Working with Application support team to ensure that appropriate vendors are set up, as required by FCC and the client- Understanding any product customization being done for the client and how that impacts the books & records system- Consulting with business partners to refine requirement and be able to explain outcomes- Other duties as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Completion of a postsecondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Dataphile system would be a strong asset
  • Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Query
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with version/configuration documents
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with a brokerage books and records system
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira or Appian would be an asset
