• Visionnaire, doté d'un esprit d'entreprise, capable de rédiger des énoncés narratifs convaincants et de galvaniser votre équipe pour l'atteinte d'objectifs communs.
• Dévoué envers l'excellence, vous possédez la souplesse nécessaire pour diriger des projets et vous adapter à la nature nuancée et en constante évolution du secteur.
• Doué de compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles, vous êtes capable d'établir des liens avec divers intervenants et de naviguer dans un environnement matriciel complexe.
• Enthousiaste à l'idée d'adopter et d'incarner les valeurs de GSK: la transparence, le respect et l'innovation orientée vers le patient.
• Parfaitement à l'aise avec MS Office et vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication qui trouvent écho dans la clarté et l'inspiration.

Qualifications privilégiées qui vous donnent une longueur d'avance:

• Un MBA ou un diplôme d'études supérieures.
• Un diplôme en sciences de la vie serait hautement recommandé.
• Une expérience en évaluation des technologies de la santé ou des technologies digitales de fines pointes.
• Un intérêt marqué pour la dynamique du secteur pharmaceutique, qui touche notamment au marketing, au sens des finances et à la gestion du cycle de vie des produits.
