Requirements for this position include:

  • Postsecondary Diploma with a concentration in Accounting or Office Administration
  • Who has worked as an accounts receivable clerk with minimum two (2) years' experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Have a valid driver's license and has a vehicle to be able to go to the bank 2 times per week
Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central software would be an asset.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining accounts receivables including following up on past due invoices
  • Experience with account reconciliation
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Answering phones when needed
  • Experience with invoicing and data entry software

Pay:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
