**AGRIS Co-operative Ltd.** has an opportunity for a motivated **seasonal** **branch administrator/ operator **to join our team in Stoney Point. You will also support the overall logistics and administrative needs of this full-service farm supply location. You will have the opportunity to develop your capability to deliver broader agriculture innovation and services in our communities to enhance our farm owner profitability.

**What will you be responsible for**:

- Provide an exceptional customer experience at every interaction and maintain a professional environment within assigned work areas.
- Performs various administrative functions relating to daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end activities and assists in balancing monthly inventories.
- Receive, transfer, and transact all fertilizer, seed, and crop protection products on a daily basis.
- Ensure all products ordered or shipped are properly invoiced prior to leaving the site.
- Understanding and administratively supporting overall branch operation.
- Awareness of sustainability issues such as 4R Stewardship.
- Maintains and updates customer information and records on a daily basis.
- Extended hours, as required, during the busy season.
- Understands and follows AGRIS health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Supports the marketing and sales efforts of the company through information on

prospects, problems, and opportunities
- Understanding and supporting overall branch operation, administrative functions, as well as the branch and individual sales targets.
- Accept orders for products and services and initiate any actions required to effect timely delivery.
- Ensure all products ordered or shipped are properly invoiced prior to leaving the site.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are on hand to support customer purchasing. In consultation with the manager, complete inventory counts and replace inventory as required

**Requirements for this Job**:

- Demonstrated organizational and logic capabilities.
- Requires a college degree or equivalent years of experience preferably in accounting or general administration.
- General knowledge of farming practices preferred.
- Ability to work irregular hours.
- Valid driver’s license.
