About our Clinics within Anytime Dental Group
We're a fast growing, newly established company that has nine clinics throughout Ontario, with four additional clinics being built throughout 2024.
In the summer of 2023, we started our journey to build a central support team and bring our clinics underneath the banner of Anytime Dental Group.
We believe that we have created never-seen-before dental practices that are undoubtedly committed to our patients, their families and our employees experience.
As oral health is such a priority to us, we provide free basic dental care and cleanings for our employees and their immediate family.

Who We Need
We are adding a Regional Manager to our team overseeing locations in Halton and the surrounding regions. You will take ownership of all aspects of the business including financial, HR, administration, sales and service.
You will review, develop and implement procedures that enhance our client experience, clinic culture, improve operational efficiencies and increase revenue.
You have experience fostering a culture where people feel welcomed and enjoy themselves. You're looking for a leadership role where you can oversee people's development from recruitment to career growth.You have past experience in the dental industry, have a personal connection with someone who has required extensive dental care, are passionate about driving change or you want to work for a company on a mission.

As the Regional Manager You Will
Foster a Collaborative and Supportive Environment. You will meet with clinic leaders and staff on a regular basis to understand needs, gaps, barriers and celebrate successes. You will host regular meetings to measure success, introduce solutions, share knowledge and ensure a high level of transparency and clear communication.
Manage Regional Operations. You will lead the strategic and operational execution of our growth revenue plan for your region. You will create and implement processes, evaluate resources and skills, oversee schedule management and implement plans to drive efficiency.
Drive Strategic Planning and Results. You will develop strategies to continually improve individual client acquisition and retention. You will manage and report on all facets of the business; completing month-end, quarterly, and yearly reporting. You will analyze data and critically assess your business to accurately forecast revenue levels and establish appropriate targets to achieve committed goals. You will review, develop, and implement procedures that enhance the employee and client experience.
Experience. You have worked in the dental industry in a management role for a minimum of 2 years. You are a strategic, service-oriented leader with progressive supervisory and management experience in a multi-retail or branch environment. You have exposure across all facets of retail management, including administrative, recruitment, performance, inventory, financial, sales and marketing and operations. You can balance competing demands, meet deadlines and change priorities as needed.
People Management Expertise. You have an exceptional ability to nurture positive relationships. You have experience leading mid-sized teams and you bring strong values of respect, responsiveness and an outstanding work ethic with you. You are empathetic, patient and service-oriented, with conflict management skills. You can build trust, influence decisions and motivate a team. You have an appreciation for diverse opinions and involve your team in decision-making and process-creation whenever possible. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working with internal and external teams to grow business and satisfy customers.
