As a health and wellness organization, the First Nations Health Authority has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.

Position Summary:

Network Analyst:
Installations, Troubleshooting, Documentation.

Support for Software/Applications, Hardware Administration, Portals, and Cloud Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation of software and hardware, troubleshooting of software and hardware, Mobile Device Management, Documentation of work, Working on Incidents and Requests in Service Now.
  • Support for Software/Applications, Hardware Administration, Portals, and Cloud Services.

Qualifications:

  • Working towards a university degree in computer science, or a college diploma/degree with a technical major included.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will also be accepted.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

  • Knowledge with escalated troubleshooting with software and desktop hardware issues, writing technical documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team, Strong customer service orientation.
  • Sensitivity to and understanding of key issues and opportunities for BC First Nations health and wellness.
