Responsibilities:
  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end
  • users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
  • Provide technical support to users, addressing ITrelated inquiries and resolving problems.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Assist in the documentation of IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Participate in the setup and support of virtual meetings and conferences.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
  • Support the IT team in cybersecurity measures and awareness programs.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Completed at least one year of academic coursework in IT or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Availability to work on a fulltime basis during the coop term.
