Parts Customer Service Representative

Duties:

  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
  • Perform Invoicing, credit and charge accounting on TAMS system.
  • Pull and fill orders from Stock, and outsource if necessary
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Proficient in computer systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Automotive operating systems and repairs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to work on your feet for 8 hours, lift up to 50lbs and thrive in a fast paced environment

  • Automotive repair: 3 years (required)
