HealthOne is seeking a passionate Content & Social Media Marketing Manager who has a keen interest in health and wellness and is enthusiastic about creating content using the power of storytelling.

The Content & Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing an exciting content plan that resonates with our target audience and supports our owned, earned, and paid marketing channels.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Content and Social Media Marketing Manager will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates to achieve the company's mission of helping Canadians live healthier and more inspired lives.


Schedule & Location

  • Full time 40 hours per week.
  • Required to work onsite between 23 times per week
  • Ability to be mobile and visit clinic locations in Downtown Toronto & North York

Responsibilities

  • Content Planning _
  • Develop a comprehensive and engaging yearround content plan that can inspire, engage, and connect with our audience.
  • Proactively identify new trends and content opportunities as they emerge and quickly ideate and create concepts for content in collaboration with health practitioners.
  • Monitor campaigns to provide insights combined with recommendations on improving the effectiveness and quality of content.
  • Creative Asset Development _
  • Effectively combine text, audio, animation, still graphics, photography, and video to create professional, attractive, and thumbstopping content covering, a range of health service and wellness topics.
  • Collaborate with physicians and health professionals and work closely with them to create content that can tap into their knowledge and expertise to create compelling messaging.
  • Become a steward of our authentic and conversational brand voice and ensure consistency throughout HealthOne's ecosystem. Continuously refine the brand's visuals and tone to stay relevant to audiences while creating a unique identity that sets HealthOne apart.

Compensation
- $60,000 to $72,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Postsecondary diploma/degree in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Available to work onsite at our various Greater Toronto Area locations (all sites are accessible by public transit)
  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting
  • Ability to write effective copy and create compelling content that informs and inspires audiences
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, audio, video and photography
  • An organized and a detailoriented professional who loves to create
  • Works with a sense of urgency and an ability to be flexible and agile to meet deadlines
  • Has a keen interest or previous experience working in a health & wellness company

  • Has a keen interest or previous experience working in a health & wellness company
  • Possesses 4 years of experience working in social media, digital marketing, and communications in a corporate, mediumsized business, or agency environment.
