The Product Marketing Management (PMM) team is looking for a "hands-on, roll up your sleeves" Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive our Reward Marketplace product marketing strategy and GTM deliverables


The PMM team is responsible for delivering integrated GTM strategy, including product launch and post-launch activities, ensuring successful product placement and demand creation and managing the entire product lifecycle process.

The Marketplace Division plays a pivotal role in advancing and expanding the rewards dimension within the Achievers business.

This strategic function is focused on developing a robust global network of rewards and transformative Marketplace experiences by skillfully blending e-commerce strategies with the fundamental principles of employee engagement.

As the PMM - Reward Marketplace, you will partner closely with the Marketplace Division teams to provide customer insights, align and support the Marketplace roadmap, and develop the marketing plan for Marketplace.

This plan will define the content, sales collateral, positioning and KPI's to accelerate our Reward Marketplace growth. You will work with the brand, content, and demand generation teams to help support outbound marketing activities. This role is not directly responsible for SEO, Paid Media, Social Media or outbound marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and manage business plans, gotomarket strategies, positioning, and capability messaging for new/existing features as well as emerging vendor offerings within the Reward Marketplace.
  • Pricing & Packaging: Working with the Sr. Director of PMM and senior Marketplace stakeholders, manage and refine the Reward Marketplace pricing/packaging, related messaging, and value proposition.
  • Sales Support: Partner with the Sales team to better understand and enhance the perceived value of the Reward Marketplace, identifying key differentiators and developing actionable plans based on insights.
  • Expansion Opportunities: Work with the Marketplace Division teams to identify new areas of market, product, and service expansion.
  • Competitive Analysis: Engage with competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis team to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies that will contribute to higher deal close rates and Marketplace differentiation inmarket.

Contribute to various cross-functional/PMM initiatives as assigned, fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to continually improve our market positioning.

  • Vendor Partnership Synergy: Partner with the Marketplace Division and strategic reward vendors to identify synergies that enhance value proposition, and leverage opportunities for joint campaigns/PMM activities to amplify awareness of Marketplace growth.
  • Marketplace Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of Marketplace features, user experience, business value, and connection with the broader Achievers platform.
  • User Persona Focus: Continually immerse self in understanding Marketplace users within a given industry, role type and region to build and position materials catering to all facets.
  • Stakeholder Enablement: Support the enablement of both internal and external stakeholders on our Marketplace features and its benefits from a PMM positioning mindset.
  • Global Perspective: Be able to review and adapt Reward Marketplace marketing strategies for differing regions.

Qualifications:

Experience:5-7 years of experience in the digital/E-commerce marketplace managing GTM launch activities. Experience in the HRIS SAAS industry is preferred.

Education:Marketing degree preferred.

Track Record:Proven success in developing and executing successful GTM marketing strategies that drive transaction and revenue growth

Analytical:Strong analytical skillset with the ability to use data to inform and drive decision-making. Experience with tools including Excel, Tableau, or other reporting software.

Effective Communicator:Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

Autonomous & Collaborative:Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Storyteller: Comfortable with crafting compelling stories and narratives by simplifying complex contexts into various formats of engaging content.
