Teldio is a small, fast-growing tech company in Ottawa, which is part of the Wesley Clover portfolio. We specialize in helping customers integrate and automate enterprise systems and equipment.

Teldio is seeking a tech-savvy, skilled and energetic individual to join and assist our Support team.

Teldio Support work largely involves guiding different parties through installations of integration software, that mainly work with two way radios.


Important Traits:

  • Proven ability to take complete ownership of projects and tasks and see them through to completion.
  • IT literate with a working knowledge of LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP, Serial & IO communications
  • Excellent technical analysis and troubleshooting skills with a knack for problem solving
  • Capacity to work independently or within a team supporting our customers
  • Willingness and ability to learn technologies (both old and new) quickly and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
  • Ability to:
- prioritize, organize and multitask with little to no supervision.
- work with customers with varying levels of knowledge and adapt on the go.
- write customer friendly documentation

  • Experience in customer service, technical support, or similar environment preferred
  • Knowledge of Two Way Radios an asset

What you will be doing:

  • Navigating and guiding different stakeholders involved in Teldio installs from beginning through to successful completion
  • Using company tools to keep detailed records of each install or support issue to keep the Support team and customer contacts up to date.
  • Handling multiple projects/installs simultaneously with little to no supervision.
  • Writing articles and documentation to keep the Teldio knowledge base up to date.
  • Assist with testing new features and products as they are released
  • Be involved with establishing and optimizing company processes
  • Helping out the Sales, Operations teams as the need arises

More about the Position:

  • This role will initially be an onsite position during the training period, with option for hybrid work as more experience is gained.
  • The position may involve some travel to customer sites for installations.
