About the role


As the Growth Product Manager at RVezy, you will play a pivotal role in driving our platform's growth and user engagement.

Your primary responsibility will be to strategize, execute, and optimize product initiatives that fuel user acquisition, retention, and overall business expansion.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data Science, you will collaborate to design and deliver best-in-class product experiences that propel RVezy's growth.


Key responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, identifying opportunities to enhance user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Product Development: Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of growthfocused product features and experiments. Ensure seamless implementation and analyze performance to iterate and optimize continuously.
  • User Research: Conduct indepth user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to understand user behavior and pain points. Use insights to inform product decisions and drive usercentric improvements.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B and multivariate testing to validate hypotheses and optimize key conversion funnels, such as signups, bookings, and referrals.

Leverage data analytics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify opportunities for further optimization.

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other teams to align product development with growth objectives, ensuring smooth execution and efficient resource allocation.


  • User Experience: Champion an exceptional user experience, ensuring that growth initiatives align with RVezy's brand and values.

Competitor Analysis:

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to inform growth product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.


  • Product Roadmap: Contribute to the overall product roadmap, considering growth opportunities and customer needs, while collaborating with other product managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Competencies, skills, and attributes:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Growth/Product Manager in a fastpaced technology startup or ecommerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing, data analysis tools, and customer research methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to articulate ideas to crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Passion for outdoor travel and the RV industry is a significant advantage.

Location
The role will require you to work from our office in Centretown 2-3 days per week.
